11 MONTHS UNPAID SALARY, ABIA STATE POLY WORKERS ON RAMPAGE
The academic staff union of polytechnics (ASUP) Abia State Polytechnic Chapter have protested and embarked on a protest over eleven month’s unpaid salary, the staff who were burning tires in front of the school gate, blocking the entrance of the polytechnic had insisted that no management staff will enter the school premises until their salaries are paid.
AFN gathered that the last salary received by the workers was in December 2017.
