CRISIS ROCKS: IKPEAZU’S AIDE ACCUSED OF TAXING N-POWER BENEFICIARIES FOR HIS FATHERS BURIAL, HE DENIES
The social media has been hot since Maxwell Nwadike accused Chinenye Nwaogu of mandating N-Power beneficiaries to pay a compulsory N1,500 for his father’s burial. Maxwell alleged that upon him getting the information and alerting the public about the development, Chinenye reverted his position by informing the N-Power beneficiaries that the contribution is no longer compulsory.
Another revelation by Maxwell Nwadike is that an account was opened for the contribution with the name; Acc Name:N-POWER Programme, Acc No 5717615014. Bank: FCMB. The question now is that who authorized the opening of that account?
In reaction to Maxwell Nwadike’s post, Chinenye Nwaogu took to insults and insulted the Maxwell for the revelation and for being a layabout;

Chinenye Nwaogu ask N – Power beneficiaries to pay a compulsory N1,500 for his Father’s burial. And when Noble C C Adaelu alerted the public and threatened to drag him to the law agency, he embark on this “failed afterthought Response”
This morning when I got the alarm that Hon. Chinenye Nwaogu has asked N – Power beneficiaries to contribute N1,500 each towards the burial of his father. Upon reading my article , he quickly made this post on the N – Power platform for Abia state – Noble CC Adaelu :
” Dear N Power beneficiaries, last week when my attention was drawn to the fact that there is contribution for my father’s funeral. I called Felix to let him know that it should not be compulsory and that I do not think it’s fair to ask people to pay 1,500 at this time. It looks like that information was not communicated.
While I appreciate the concern and efforts of those who genuinely wants to assist I want to state clearly that I’m not party to forcing anybody to such activity. It’s should be based on freewill. Fortunately God has blessed me and my family with trmendious goodwill that we are very capable of giving our father a befitting burial. Please anybody who doesn’t feel obliged to should not please. I will prefer a gift of love rather than compulsion. My desire to bring the best of services without extortion to bear on the programme is part of who I have been over the years. I have a track record of honesty, integrity and service for which I don’t intend to tarnish or let anyone do now or in the future.
I hope this information is very clear. Kindly circulate across platforms. Thank you and God bless.

Every wise person must ask questions on:
1. The authority of opening such bank account in the name of Federal government empowerment initiative?
2. Which documents was used to open the bank account with FCMB?
3. Who are the signatories to the bank account?
4. How much have they used the bank account to extort from the innocent beneficiaries?
5. Is the governor aware of this scam?
Does the law establishing N – Power authorize this?
6. Is N – Power a social group?
Take note that N1,500 x 10,000 beneficiaries is N15,000,000.00.
But the information we gathered so far is that the beneficiaries are more than ten thousand.
Meanwhile , the matter is now reported to the concerned Federal government authorities.
