At the joint session of the National Assembly on Wednesday, the President Muhammadu Buhari presented the 2019 appropriation bill to the house amidst boos and cheers from lawmakers.
The President was accompanied to National Assembly by Vice President Yemi Osinbajo and members of the Federal Executive Council (FEC).
There was an uproar and shouts of “Sai Baba” when he entered while others shouted “NO, LIES” when he listed the achievements of his administration.
Senate President Bukola Saraki and Speaker of House of Representatives Yakubu Dogara jointly presided over the joint session with Saraki introducing the ceremony.
